An Airport Game is an indie game created by Single Creator Adam Konig is a hidden gem in your App Store that provides wholesome entertainment throughout its gameplay.
The basic premise of An Airport Game is you arrive at the airport an hour before the departure of the flight, and you have to get through all the usual airport tasks of checking in, dropping off your luggage, security lines, and rushing to the gate without being impolite to the staff.
It might sound like a simple task, but if you have ever been to an airport, you will know it is anything but.
Gameplay
The game’s ability to give genuine anxiety within an 8-bit graphics game that can only be found when one is rushing through the airport is unnerving and brilliant.
Crippling nerves notwithstanding, the game also contains quite a few hidden laughs based on how many sitcoms the player has watched.
As with any puzzle, the game can take 10 mins to 3 hours to complete, depending on how the player approaches the game.
Graphics
Although the old-school graphics and short playtime might put some players off, more than a few cons are needed to detract from the overall experience and playability of this funny, airport-themed puzzle game.

You can’t find too many things nowadays that will keep you entertained for under a few bucks; this is a big part of why we recommend this game, especially to someone who has few hours to kill, perhaps while in an airport!
But if you’re looking for a game that will last an entire long-haul journey, you should look elsewhere.
